تدرج الأقساط والرسوم الإضافية التي يجري تحصيلها وعوائد الاستثمار ضمن موارد شركات التأمين. -
المادة (34):
تلتزم كل شركة تأمين بما يقرره المجلس، بالتنسيق مع الجهات الرقابية الأخرى، من مخصصات فنية متعارف عليها في قطاع التأمين.
